Researched several estate planning firms for creation of Living Trust . The experience of the firm and Bill led us to TEPLG. The initial consultation was very thorough. Bill asked many questions to insure he understood what we needed. After initial consultation we decided to retain Bill for his services. His scope of work was comprehensive and deliverables were detailed and clearly stated as was his fee structure. The document signing was well organized and efficient. We received the documents organized in binder along with explanations and instructions. Bill schedules a follow up conference to insure funding the trust progresses as planned. Very pleased with Bill and TEPLG.

Bill worked with my husband and I to establish a Trust for our family. A long overdue Trust for our family of five. Bill sent information and a short easy read book prior to our meeting. This allowed us to write our questions and think of situations we didn't even know existed to be prepared for our first meeting. During our meetings, he answered and explained options. My wife and I just turned 58 and we needed to update our will. Where do we start? Will? Trust? Estate Plan? DNR? Probate? Taxes? Long Term Care? Medicaid? Medicare? Legacy? Costs? What truly are all these? How do these impact us? Which ones need our attention? No experience with this process, no knowledge of how to do this, yet it was time to get our affairs in order. Bill also offered to find us a lawyer to transition to when we get settled. Can you say, “going the extra mile”. At the final meeting we reviewed the prepared documents in their entirety, cleared up any questions and signed and notarized our final documents. At the conclusion of the process we left with a full binder tabbed with all the documents. We also received a flash drive backup. We were provided a formalized "actions to take" spreadsheet identifying steps to complete based upon our decisions (bank accounts, investment accounts, deeds, beneficiaries, 401ks etc.) Bill was not only outstanding professionally in creating our personalized plan, he was outstanding personally with his warm, open, transparent, jovial personality. We walked in needing a lawyer and we walked out with a new friend and confidant. With Bill's help we are 100% satisfied with our decisions, the documents, and have now completed all the steps that needed to be taken so all our documents, accounts and final wishes align. Bill made it abundantly clear that this did not end our relationship as he encouraged us to call if we EVER had any questions no matter how far out in the future.
