Nothing about dealing with David Siegel and his office fits into what most people feel about attorneys. From the beginning when I met personally with Mr. Siegel, he was attentive and responsive. Our meetings are never rushed. He always follows up immediately with with answers to questions or concerns. I highly recommend David Siegel and his team.

It was a quick and easy process, Attorney Siegel was the best. He provided me with great payment options and I took advantage of the long payment plan so that I can get out of debt before I’m even done paying for the bankruptcy. My last comment is that the office staff especially Bernice was extremely kind and helpful to me as I’m going through this situation.

Case was discharged today! I appreciate all these guys have done for me. Specifically, David Siegel, personally; He did an amazing job! He didnt have to pay close attention to my case, as he has hundreds of clients, but he did, and it meant so much! I will be recommending David Siegel to anyone that I speak with about bankruptcy. They silenced the creditor, who, in particular, was trying garnished my wages on my next paycheck, and got him off of my back for good. This was the creitor who forced me to file. This guy was relentless and was doing it to cause me mental anguish, as he didnt need the money and sued me for no reason. He submitted 10 lawsuits and finally got one approved because I couldnt show up for court because I had moved to a new state for work. This was affecting my work. My stress level was off the charts. And David Siegel put this to bed forever. You can be a winner if you get sued and mean spirited people come after your hard earned money because they choose not to work for their own. David Siegel is the type of attorney that will put an end to this type of injustice, and silence people who sue for a living. Thanks so much David!! The best of Chicago.
