After dealing with another bankruptcy attorney my financial issues were worse than ever. I found Attorney Davis Siegel's office online and I decided to call them. I filed October 14th and will be going to my court date soon. All of my creditors have stopped calling me. It’s like the word got out already and everyone is leaving me alone. This is exactly what my lawyers told me would happen. On that note, I am grateful for the support that I have received from the law office. I met Mr. Siegel at his main office and he got my paperwork ready in a rush for me. I can now breathe easier and I look forward to January 2016 when I can start my financial life over again. I want to thank Mr. Siegel for keeping it real. Lawyers like that are not easy to come by. I have a family member that I am having her to call soon.

My case completed October 26, 2015. Everything with my case was positive. I was able to get filed without paying in full. This stopped a lawsuit that was pending against me at the time. Even though I live in Kane County, I would stop by the Wheeling office and meet with David Siegel personally. He always had time for me and he made me understand the process and what to expect. I met with him four or five times and we actually got to know each other a bit. I felt extremely comfortable with the way he handled my case. In fact, I was referred to him by a family member. I will tell others to not fear the filing. If attorney Siegel tells you that things are going to be ok, he is right. That is why I am putting details of my experience on the internet. Others would be wise to follow in my footsteps and seek help. I am proof that life does get better after the debt is gone. I’m sure each case is different. However, I would trust the law firm to help you with the process.
