I highly recommend David Siegel & Associates to anyone who is going through bankruptcy. Each time I entered their office, I felt like a person and not like a number. They took care of my questions and gave me truthful answers and pointed out the facts and gave their best practice opinions and guided me throughout the entire process. It was a stressful decision for me to make but, they made it very easy for me. I typically do not write reviews but, this is one that is well deserved. Thank you, David Siegel & Associates!

I filed bankruptcy through David Siegel's office this past Summer. An additional creditor came up that I was unaware of. I went back to David's office and he took care of it for me. He sent a notice to the creditor and now I do not have to worry about any more bills from that bank. If I ever get a bill again, he said that he would help me at no cost since I was a past client. I liked that a lot.

I know that there are some debts that do not get wiped out. However, I am able to eliminate credit card and medical debt so it is worth while for me. I trust David completely. No question about it. The main reason that I filed Chapter 13 was to recover my auto which was repossessed. David M. Siegel & Associates explained to me that my car would be paid through the Chapter 13 and that I was not going to make direct payments to my auto finance company. In fact, the Chapter 13 Trustee payment would be deducted automatically out of my payroll check. So as long as I keep working and maintaining my current budget, I will get to keep my car. I would not have been able to do this Chapter 13 on my own. By hiring David M. Siegel, I was able to simply follow his direction. He explained everything in great detail and showed me the way to success. Nobody really desires to file for bankruptcy. However, if you find yourself in that position, the best thing that you could do is go with David Siegel. He was kind, considerate and made me feel important. I’m sure he has lots of clients so it felt great that he met with me and my wife personally. I will always remember what he did for me.

The bankruptcy worked out very good for me. You were able to get auto financing through Nissan after the filing. I was also able to get two credit cards from the two companies that I filed bankruptcy on. There is truly a good life after filing. It has been two years since I received my discharge and my score is at 640 right now. I am thinking of getting a motorcycle soon. My attorney was great and made this life-changing process painless.
