This was our first time purchasing consciously real estate. James was extremely professional in all our dealings. He explained the law as applicable to our case in simple terms and was always reachable by email. He was also on top of things and dates as they came up so we didn’t miss anything important. We worked with Bebawy Law on the closing of our house this year. In fact we worked with him last year as well when we put in an offer on a house that we ultimately walked away from. In both cases James was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was extremely quick in communicating and great with providing the information we needed. He was very nice in that he would answer all of our questions thoroughly regardless of how simple they may have been. He helped make what is a stressful process that much easier for us.
