Axel Cerny and his law firm did a fantastic job representing my families interests on the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. Mrs. Winthers is not a great attorney because she did not follow up on details and I had to give her that information. She charged an outstanding amount of fees while she was our attorney. And she made a decision that impacted my family still till this day.

I cannot imagine a better attorney for me for the ordeal I went through in a divorce. Five major skills and character traits stand out. First, Daniel was quick to think ahead of options that covered important requirements I in fact needed in the process (but I had not thought of, myself), and averted possible unnecessary complications for me. Second, the opposing attorney unnecessarily delayed the process for months, causing extra costs and added stress to me in the process. However, Daniel's third skill was dogged persistence in pursuing action against the opposing attorney to force his responsibility in doing his duty on his side. Fifth, Daniel proposed options in the process to me and let me choose, with his professional guidance to assist my choice of options. When I lacked knowledge about the direction to take, he unhesitatingly suggested courses of action that undeniably helped the process. It was a collaborative relationship which I apprecitated, supported by his savviness as an attorney, and his dedication to, as we say, "having my back." I am forever grateful for this particular trait of Daniel's, as I was helpless in knowing how to force the opposing attorney away from his irresponsible and unethical stubborness and in the process. Sixth, Daniel was congenial, personable, and as I mentioned, collaborative, in bringing the process to a final and satisfying close at last with many protective measures in place for me. I've had the pleasure of having Axel represent me with a judgement for the past 3-4 years. His expertise has saved me 10's of thousands of dollars. In addition to that, his attention to my case was and still is amazing to me. There were times that Axel and I wouldn't speak for a year or more but every time I picked up the phone to call / text him, he would pick up right where we left off without skipping a beat. He wouldn't have to go back and reacquaint himself with my file / case information. This tells me that he actually cared and took it seriously as I'm sure he does with every one of his clients. He always took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me in a way that I could understand.
