Shameen helped us throughout the process of simultaneously selling and buying a home, which is always quite the juggling act. She was attentive, communicative, and very patient in answering all of our questions. During a bit of a hairy AI process after inspection, Shameen was super critical in crafting language that would ensure the seller was held accountable for certain items of which the inspection didn't properly capture issues around. Would definitely be using her services for all future real estate transactions!

Hired Shameen Thakrar for my closing on a condo in Lincoln Park and was very happy and pleased with her help and professionalism. Shameen always had gotten back to me right away when I had questions or called her. This lady made the process simple for me. She was also nice enough to move the closing location for my benefit. I'm no stranger to difficult real estate transactions, but this one was so botched, I ended up filing a complaint against the lender. The deal never would have closed without Shameen, who navigated this extremely complicated transaction involving more parties than usual. And she checked in to make sure I got lunch on closing day after a flurry of last-minute problems. I won't do another deal without her.
