I am having the absolute worst client experience with Dean Chalmers. Simple auto accident/bodily injury claim. Under contract, but unresponsive to update emails. Paralegal, Mary is nice, and as helpful as she can be under circumstances.

Contacted this attorney. Attorney did not return correspondence. Attorney was very rude to me on the phone and I ultimately would never hire this individual to represent me or my family due to lack of professionalism and conduct.

Stuart Nagel represented the seller in an acquisition my company did over 25 years ago. He did such a good job for the 'other side' that The next time we needed Legal representation, we used Stuart and have used him ever since. He has done multiple things for us, always with great results. Things like drafting our contracts we use with our clients, acquisition buy sell agreements and related documents, reviewing agreements presented to us by others, and representing us both as plaintiffs and defendants in litigation. He is great at presenting reality to both sides and getting things settled without dragging it out. Trustworthy, not looking to rack up billing hours. His preference (and ours) is that we not have to litigate or settle any disputes because it means smoother business operations. But when there IS an issue, Stuart is the guy you want on YOUR side, and not the other side. His partner Dean also represented my mother in a personal injury case. They are very compassionate and caring and their first concern is their clients health and well being. If something is not in their wheelhouse, they will refer you to the right place. Through good times and bad, Stuart has come through for us time and again, and has helped guide and counsel our business over the last 3 decades.
