I joy hired the AC Green lawyers Meggie and her team to get me, and my kids a modification on my home I paid the law offices to help me now I did not have a foreclosure on me until I finished working with the office I had to sell my home so that I couldn't be kicked out now I and my babies are livingin of Airbnb since November of 2024 nobody even tried to help us to get established from the office after I paid them 6k to take my case terrible law firm don't go through them at all

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LAW OFFICES OF MATTHEW BASSINGER! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU KEEP YOUR HOME! THEY ALL ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. KARMA WILL COME STRIKE THIS BUSINESS FOR ALL OF THE WORNG THEY HAVE BEEN DOING TO ALL OF THESE FAMILIES THAT REALLY NEEDED THEIR HELP!

The law office of Matthew Baysinger is incompetent of responding to clients once they’ve received final payment. I trusted them to handle my case after my mother passed and they completely went unresponsive after they received the last payment. I have been attempting to contact them for over a year to discuss the next steps. Extremely unprofessional! Please look elsewhere!

They do what you can do on your own! I should've paid attention when I did a search. It was $$$ down the drain. He's a salesman that will make it seem likr your troubles will be taken care of but you can negotiate with your mortgage company on a modification or refinance. AND YOU CAN PUT THAT MONEY YOU WOUD PAY THEM TOWARDS THAT! You got this!

I was helping my in-laws, who are both in their 90s, and reached out to this office when I felt I was in over my head in dealing with the bank. I was frustrated at firs but after the case was assigned to Gail Hasty, it was smooth sailing from there. Gail was pleasant and patient while clearly explaining the process to us. She and the firm truly blessed my aging in-laws.

If you ,or anyone have a problem with your mortgage this is a name you can trust they will get you information most of the time for free and once they get to know you it's even better the key is go early in the process and don't just get information learn it, in a time like that you need good help all help is not good help but this law office is good help

Matthew Basinger and associates are my hero, I’m so grateful for this law firm and the AC Green show for shouting out my law firm I hired them years ago and I saved my home, well life is not perfect I caught Covid and fell behind I received a modification offer from Fifth Third Bank I opted to pay my reinstated amount by working three jobs, I was able to save my home, but I tear up by telling you this Shannon Wood a brilliant accounting genius helped me after I fell behind, he saw I was a previous client talked me through what to do and I was not charged I offered to pay the attorney refused to take my money and would make the calls on my behalf, gratitude and my prayers are for this awesome team Shannon your awesome and my family thanks you guys for all the help and support, I’m so grateful Matthew Basinger, Shannon Wood love and prayers to your family, Mrs Locke

I initially spoke with and an attorney about modifying my mortgage he said there fee was 1495.00 then I found out after the process was done they only modified my mortgage by 88.00 dollars then I come to find out the actual process total 4995.00 now I have paid them a total of 3000.00 dollars and still owe them 1995.00 … I feel sick to my stomach because I listen to AC Green and his BS don’t believe those people on the radio there lying about their modification.. He must be getting a percentage from them getting people to sign contracts with these people… Don’t do anything with them contact your mortgage company yourself and you will get a better result …
