I joy hired the AC Green lawyers Meggie and her team to get me, and my kids a modification on my home I paid the law offices to help me now I did not have a foreclosure on me until I finished working with the office I had to sell my home so that I couldn't be kicked out now I and my babies are livingin of Airbnb since November of 2024 nobody even tried to help us to get established from the office after I paid them 6k to take my case terrible law firm don't go through them at all

Words can't explain the professionalism, patience, and knowledge that we received during our very stressful time of attempting a loan modification. Paul, Beth, and Usman are the absolute best. May God Bless the firm from the Davis Family!!!

I initially spoke with and an attorney about modifying my mortgage he said there fee was 1495.00 then I found out after the process was done they only modified my mortgage by 88.00 dollars then I come to find out the actual process total 4995.00 now I have paid them a total of 3000.00 dollars and still owe them 1995.00 … I feel sick to my stomach because I listen to AC Green and his BS don’t believe those people on the radio there lying about their modification.. He must be getting a percentage from them getting people to sign contracts with these people… Don’t do anything with them contact your mortgage company yourself and you will get a better result …

I learned of this firm from the A.C. GREEN show. Contacted them about a matter regarding a property that I was basically trying to save for a family member. Lawrence who in my opinion needs to retire. The whole time he keeps repeating the same stuff over and over and even forgets what he’s saying. He kept asking the same questions after I’ve basically sent him email copies of what he requested. Then he tries to get me to agree to file bankruptcy for a property that’s not even in my name in the first place. Then he goes on this how AC GREEN was $90k in the hole with his home and the mortgage company wanted him to pay $4500 a month to save the property. Then he kept trying to get me to say I was referred by someone the firm had helped and I’m like I don’t know anyone personally the firm has helped. He then wants to know my income which I told him. Then he wants to know my wife’s income. And I’m telling him this is all me. Then he puts me on hold for 5 minutes on 3 different occasions during this one phone call. Telling me he has to discuss the matter with his coworkers. I don’t even believe the ppl from the AC GREEN SHOW are even real. And if they have helped anyone I’m almost certain either they filed bankruptcy or the case was minor. It’s about money and yes you pay for a service but why pay the firm more than you gotta pay mortgage company. This guy needs to retire asap.

The Law Offices Of Matthew Baysinger are Gangsters in Suits... Beware, Be Warn! A scammer in plain site... At first glance the organization seems authentic but it's a well oil machine that keeps taking your money without results. Indeed, organized crime under the disguise of helping the neighborhood. These gangbusters have no concern putting hard working people in a position of urgency so you have no other choice than to file bankruptcy, or lose your home to foreclosure. After having my document for about a year they never submitted the loan mod packet to my lender.. Then lied stating how the lender said they were not going to look at the packet if it was submitted. BEWARE! Matthew Baysinger informed of this matter 3-days before the sale of my home in which they give my information to some would be business partners in crime so they could be first in line to buy my home at 200,000 below value. BE WARN! It's my belief they are running a racket by giving inside information to other for a fee...those looking to buy foreclosure property by collecting home-owner financial position and than leading the property-owners down a dead-end with a brick wall.

This firm is not a reliable firm to assist with Foreclosure. They continuously debit money from your account and provide no detailed analysis of how the money is being used or the progress of your case. I came in looking for a solution on getting my mortgage mitigated and instead, the mortgage company has filed a foreclosure against me and my property. I was under the impression that Baysinger was to keep me from getting to the foreclosure stage; however, I feel they have done no such thing! No one can explain to me why did not originally request mitigation before the foreclosure. Now six months later I am in foreclosure and they are wanting more money to represent me in court! I am very disappointed with this firm and their customer service skills are not professional in any way. I find it unacceptable to not get a call back for days and when my call is returned, they offer no adequate updates regarding the case. I pray that my property is not foreclosed upon. I feel that the money I have paid thus far to Baysinger could have kept me out of foreclosure. This firm will not be recommended by me, ever!!!
