This is my first time using Bilanzic Law firm. Paul and his dad Peter where very informative on the process for eviction my tenant. Hands down to Paul, getting the court order (eviction) in timely manner. Highly recommend Bilanzic Law firm.

I would like to take the time to write about the wonderful experience that I had with Bilanzic Law firm. I had a tenant that was in my property for 14 months and did not pay me any rent. Peter and Paul went to work for me and got the tenant evicted in an expedient manner. They were very professional, persistent, and relentless in getting the scofflaw tenant out
of my property. I will use their firm again for all of my eviction and tenant related needs. Thanks again Peter and Paul. You guys are the best.
