It is important to know this.....please read carefully. When conducting buisness with Andre Nickels & Associate's one must be very patient. They are bomb barded with a huge amount of client's who need his help. SO BE PATIENT, and follow up via email and phone. My experience with Nickels and his firm was a 5 STAR experience. I also didn't wait till the last minute, I quickly aquired thier professional help. We discussed my situation and the financial cost. I mailed the check and complied to the requests he need to complete the case. He kept me informed of the court dates and the progress (that thankfully I was blessed on not having to show up). I would follow up with the firm via email and phone, and they would do the same. We worked with each other and the case was closed. Working with your attorney is key. I definitely recommend Andrew Nickels &Associate's. DO NOT WAIT TILL THE LAST MINUTE. Call now so that everything can go nice and smooth. Thank you guys.

does not return phone calls......

Literally never returns phone calls! Maaaybe 1 in every 25 answered. My court case could have been solved 3 months early and the arrest off my record if he had actually done his job and responded to my phone calls. Maybe my problem was I payed him in full up front I don't know, but I am very annoyed with the office!

Mr. Nickel was incredibly accommodating. He was great at returning phone calls and always responded to voicemails in a timely manner. Aside from being prompt with communication, he was also very honest and thorough while discussing case matters. Never was I left in the dust or confused about consequences of any particular action. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
