Aaron went above and beyond on our real estate transaction. We've used two other attorneys in the past who mailed it in. Aaron had to spend a lot of extra time on our recent purchase due to outside circumstances, did not complain about it and was helpful, personable and upbeat throughout a long sale and closing process. Aaron helped me with the closing on a rental property that I had sold. I shouldn’t say that he helped me, because I didn’t have to do anything except sign a bunch of papers. He even went out of his way to hand deliver the check to me. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family. Excellent service to say the least.

Attorney Aaron J. Vanagaitis assisted my elderly mother in the sale of her residence that she had owned for more than 60 years. The property was in a land trust, which presented an additional set of complex issues that needed to be handled properly and expeditiously. We have been involved in many real estate transaction over the years i.e buying and selling various properties. Our experience with Attorney Vanagaitis was wonderful! Aaron was very patient with my 81 year old mother, which was very important to us. He was always very communicative with her, providing regular status updates. The sale was indeed more complicated than typical, including a 30 day close. There were many moving parts that required Aaron's utmost attention to detail and he did a wonderful job. He made sure that we closed on time and without delay. He always answered our phone calls, text messages, and emails. Aaron made himself available to us seven days a week and late in the evening, when most attorneys are unreachable. Our prior attorneys never took our calls in the evening or on weekends. We liked the fact that Aaron handles everything himself, so you do not need to deal with a legal assistant. With Aaron's past work history and his dedication to making sure that his clients are taken care of, it has changed my view of how Real Estate Attorneys should work for their clients.
