Very informative

Beyond unprofessional. My girlfriend called and told them she no longer needed their services and she wanted her $500 back she gave them. First a foreign lady got on the phone who was beyond rude and had an attitude the whole time got on the phone and basically said no she will not be getting her money back. Then michael called back who BTW is only a supervisor and he called my girlfriend a liar and then proceeded to tell her that she will not be getting her money back even though she has not used their services and they sure as hell didn't do $500 worth of work for her. Then he said he was the highest level supervisor she would get through concerning this matter. These people are theives and frauds and steal money from people.

Joel Farley was very polite, answered my questions about bankruptcy process and small talked with me while waiting for an available attorney. An overall pleasant experience in a stressful circumstance.
