I been paid since May was told when paid in full process should take not longer than two to three months by Mr. Reed whom I spoke with day one since than my case has been pushed off to numerous different paralegals and every time the wait is two or three months before I can even see my get prepped and because of poor conduct I been told my whole need to be reprepped because it’s been to long but all the documentation has and stays up to date and you call in to voice your frustration about how long the process is taking and all you get is sorry nothing we can do our next appointment is another month away no real time frame on when the process will be done seven months after being paid in full and there’s no urgency even voiced my concerns asked to taklk to the owner and the response was doubt he will be available and he will tell the same thing I am I’ve held up my end and am paid in full none of this on me but made to sound like they were doing me a favor and it was my fault why this process is still not done seven months later after they couldn’t even hold the appointment they set over a month ago for me told told me I’m lucky I didn’t have to wait another two months when I been waiting on them for seven months now

This company is the worst! The filings take more than a year. The continuous request for documents and lack of communication. They deserve zero stars.

This is nothing but a scam. They took my money, never done one single thing on my case for almost 2 years and refuse to give me any refund. I moved and they now say I'm not in their district or something. They have told so many lies. I never signed a retainer. They sent a copy of it to my email and somebody signed my name. It is not my signature which I can prove. They told so many lies not to have to give me a refund. If I could afford it I would hire an attorney to show why kind of crooks they are. I don't know how they sleep at night. I'm a 75 yr old female and I don't have anything and then some thieves like this come along and take from me. They know what they do and they'll answer someday. I’m out of state, and they helped me so quickly and efficiently. All the information I needed AND even understood no questions asked when I ask to move my first payment to the next month. They have been a big help relieving my stress and making me feel better in making this choice.

Disappointing Experience with Recovery Law Group / Wadja Law Group I hired Recovery Law Group / Wadja Law Group in March 2023 and paid in full at hire, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. I found myself in “limbo” for over a year regarding my bankruptcy filing due to various life changes. Each time they reached out, I communicated that I needed to wait before filing. To my surprise, they suddenly canceled my agreement. When I attempted to reach out to “my attorney,” M. Reid, he asked if I had any further questions to let him know. I advised I had tons of questions and asked when a convenient time to speak would be. He told me it was best to communicate via e-mail. He couldn’t call me? They cancelled me and disregarded my personal situation…. and I was expected to communicate only via email after the fact? My situation is too complex for email discussions… I have yet to hear back from “my attorney,” nor have I received any refund. They claimed I was cancelled due to my lack of responding, but that’s simply not true; I answered all their calls! I needed to file once my personal situation had cleared up- of which I made each (different) person aware of with each time they called me. The service felt impersonal and mechanical, making me feel like just a dollar sign rather than a valued client. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of individual attention. I would not recommend this firm.

The process is smooth and Chris is a patient person and very helpful helping through the process so I can make the right decision and to gain back my financial gain
