Kristopher the intake specialist was nice, kind and patient. However, after he took all my info and transferred me to the atty, I didn’t like him. He kept cutting me off, as if I wasn’t giving him the info quick enough and was just dismissive and rude imo. I can tell that is the same treatment I would receive if I retained them. I’ll look elsewhere..

The worst Paralegal and case manager ever are Laura and Sophia, I'm being sued by a creditor which makes my case an emergency but it's been months nothing is done, every time i call they tell to keep updating the documents i have sent them already, and I've been rescheduled for court 3 times but still don't have my case filled, I'll never recommend this company to anyone. Those 2 girls especially Sophia are rude and useless.

I am very disappointed as I rarely ever got to talk to my attorney and they took my money & closed my case. Furthermore, they refused to forward me any documentation as to it being procedure to do so
