The firm was helpful with my current situation, the intake specialist I spoke with over the phone(Joe Delgado) is polite and professional he understood my situation and didn’t talk down on me, I was hesitant and embarrassed about my current financial problems, he made feel uncomfortable and at ease opening up about my financial difficulties, I highly recommend this firm.

Chris was great. Very professional, even when he had to put me on hold for many other calls. He put up with me telling stories. Now, the Attorney he transferred me to, was not very customer friendly. I didn't want to give him my SS# and he got rude. If I go with this company, I will be asking for a different attorney.

Regan was amazing at streamlining the process of filling the paperwork, flawlessly and efficient. I was impressed on her performance and communication skills. She never dropped the ball and I didn’t fall through the cracks in her hands. She definitely needs recognition and employee of the month. Her service is top notch.
