It was easy to call and get the estimate, but Stephanie made it very easy by listening to my concerns and questions and answering them with very exact and precise information. She made me feel good by not having a judgmental tone or anything. She was very kind, well spoken, and knowledgeable. Bankruptcy doesn't have to feel like a bad thing and she did a great job at making sure to provide that feeling.
