Mary G. assisted me when I called in this evening. She was both polite and empathetic while guiding me through intake. Likewise, the attorney's assistance, Makeelah G., was very knowledgeable. She answered my (many) questions which helped to alleviate my anxiety toward a possible bankruptcy filing. I look forward to working with them in the near future!

Would not recommend this company. Cold call and rapid call clients to try and get business. Employees are offered $12.50 to sit around and make phone calls all day. They are hassled and harassed on Indeed to come in, stating that they have qualifications and assets necessary to the team and than they would be a "great fit" to turn around and try to offer you a job at $12.50 an hour working 11:00-8 or 12-9. Lol. Do not accept anything from Tia Shatswell or Bryan Harris. They are two people who I wouldn't trust watching my dog.

I was so embarrassed and ashamed that I could get myself into such a mess. The staff treated me with respect and support. Never once did any staff members make me feel like I was a lower class citizen.
