Ted, Fought for me like a warrior , It was a long hard battle all the way to federal court. But we Won. Ted, had my back every step of the way. I can not praise him enough. Thank you again Ted for all that you have done for me.

A family member suggested I see Attorney Ted Smith. Mr. Smith had helped them with their court case and they had very favorable things to say about him. The first time meeting with Mr. Smith, I noticed how knowledgeable he was regarding Indiana law. Ted Smith and his office have been wonderful. I wanted to share a little about my experience. As a younger female who has worked hard in the medical field who suddenly became too sick to work anymore I felt embarrassed to file for disability. However, after $15,000 a year out of our personal pockets for 4 years plus a deficit of my own income we found ourselves forced to figure something out. My bills were getting higher, my medications were so expensive and they kept finding more conditions wrong due to the autoimmune problems not being under control. After being denied 3 times and giving up over a course of a few years I finally decided to try an attorney a friend of mine recommended. I was so glad that I was blessed with Ted Smith! He was honest, and sometimes it even left me in tears but it opened my eyes to what the courts might ask me. He was fair and he was exactly what I needed. He always believed in me and that is what you need!
