Ralph Sipes is a very knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, and pleasant attorney . He was very helpful in resolving any ssues I have encountered. I would strongly recommend Mr. Sipes cause I believe he would do everything possible to fight for his clients.

When I needed legal advice for the sale of real estate, I went to Ralph E. Sipes, Attorney at Law for the necessary assistance. Previous to becoming a client, he answered all my questions and did not seem impatience because they were many. The next week I formally engaged him to handle the legal details of the sale and he worked with me to get everything right. At closing, he had all papers in order, with color-coded tags for each signer so it would be easy to know exactly where to sign. The closing went smoothly and moved efficiently to a conclusion, so we were soon on our way. He was also very helpful to the buyers and offered to answer questions they might have about their purchase and how to get the purchase properly registered. I appreciate Attorney Sipes’ friendly efficiency and be assured, when I have future legal needs I will not hesitate to contact him.

I went through jackson and Oglesby for my bankruptcy. Micheal Jackson was my attorney and handled my case very quuckly and was very professional. Stacey Burkhard is very helpful and answers all questions completely. Very nice people. Would recommend using them to anyone looking to file a bankruptcy!!! Thank you for all your help!!

I am so grateful to Mr Sipes for his generous time I was not sure what to do, I purchased a wheelchair vehicle from a Tow company in Pendleton it ends up they didn’t have legal title as well as other things and they refused to return my money, Ralph was sure that with all my documentations for small claims was the best way to go and was very helpful with the details of the process. I’ve never had to deal with something like this and Mr Sipes gave me Hope for a successful outcome!
