Chris did an outstanding job. I am an Active Duty soldier in the Army stationed in Alaska and needed Chris's help expunging my record for career progression. As a result of being located over 1,000 miles away, not knowing Chris personally, and dealing with a 4 hour time difference I was a little bit worried of the results I was getting when I hired Chris to help me out. Best decision I've made. Chris was efficient, fast, polite, handled everything, answered all of my questions, and had fair military pricing. I recommend Chris to all active / retired SM's, or just anyone in general. Thank you again man.

Chris helped me and my family get custody of my daughter. Chris was caring, compassionate, respectful, and most of all willing to fight so hard for not only myself but for my daughter. I can not even think of all the wonderful things that I could say about Chris. Chris was available all hours of the day and very personable. Numerous times I had to make a weekend phone call. I originally hired Mr. Gilley to represent me for my divorce proceedings, in that process he became a defense attorney for me as well. He came highly recommended and I quickly found out why. The compassion and care he had for me and my situation was second to none. From the 1st time we met I knew I was in good hands. He is extremely persistent, thorough, and consistent. I never felt like I wasn’t important and he was more than reasonable on his fee. He came to fight for me on a court date the State sprung on us at the last minute and Mr. Gilley was actually on Christmas vacation, but he didn’t throw me aside. He came from his family and fought for me, and got me home for the New Year. I can’t put into words how grateful me and my family are for what he’s done. I am currently able to have my kids for visitation as well, because he never stopped fighting for what is God given fathers rights. Blessings.

I brought Gilley in on a Case for my Son. At first I was terrified about the potential harm this could cause long term. After talking with Chris for 2 minutes, I knew he was the guy to win this case! And boy was I right! He Looked like Tyson in 85 vs Michael Johnson. Opposing side was all kinds of disoriented from the beginning and Gilley just pressed his offense to win. This guy is all around knowledgeable and will do everything within his power to fight for you! If your searching for an Attorney, look no further. This is the guy you want on your side.

Family law has the potential to be a nerve wracking experience, and the stakes are high to say the least. Chris helped me with patience, expertise, and comprehensive knowledge. He was excellent about doing background research, explaining things, and courtroom prep. To top it all off, when in the courtroom, he was sharp and quick-witted, ensuring that my representation was second to none. I really can't say enough good things about the man who took the time to do intensive preparation for my case, and it showed in the courtroom. I can't recommend Chris enough, five stars is not enough to do him justice.

After 3 years of fighting for TIME with my kids with my previous, worthless attorney, Chris was recommended to me. Unfortunately, it took a year to get in front of a judge. Finally, April and twice in June of this year, we appeared before the judge that had 100% rewarded my ex wife (and parental alienator) everything. In three hearings (pending the fourth and final), he proved my ex to be that alienator, got the judge to have sympathy for my situation and even asked, in front of both attorneys "How can we get this man more time with his children? He's suffered enough." He even turned my ex-wife into our best witness. I have cried so many tears of pain missing my kids that live 6 blocks away. He canceled all of her lies in front of the judge and even caught her telling some. The past 48 hours, I've cried tears of JOY because of altering a couple things in my life, I can get 50/50 custody. CHRIS...I can't thank you enough, brother! EVERYONE THAT NEEDS AN ADVOCATE FOR PARENTAL RIGHTS NEEDS CHRIS GILLEY!!!!

When it comes to custody of your child, you want the best lawyer! Chris truly cares, my sons and I couldn’t be happier for everything he’s done for us. I hired/fired three different attorneys, before I met Chris. The others didn’t care and made me feel like I was just a paycheck. I met Chris through a mutual friend and knew he was the one. Seriously you get one shot when it comes to custody so make it count and hire Chris Gilley!

I met Mr.Gilley while I was in jail, it was the most horrible time in my life. But he put me at ease and made it somewhat more comfortable knowing that the was light at the end of the tunnel. He always did as claimed and did it professionally. I have had two other lawyers in the past that were supposed to be the top laywers in the state or what not but let me tell you, no one is like Gilley. Chris Gilley is the absolute BEST ATTORNEY if not just in Indiana quite possibly on the PLANET! I am a mother of two. My daughter is 18 and my son is 17. My son had been kept away from me for 8 months. Chris got my parenting time back and established the amount of child support rendered in a fair manner! If I had any problems all I had to do was text Chris and he was THERE! I don’t believe there are many Attorneys out there that would give out their cell number and respond in a timely manner EVEN on a weekend! HE DID! He KNOWS the Law and he is a man of integrity and character as evidenced by his discretion of accepting cases that he feels are genuine! He won’t just represent people for his own personal gain! He represents people for PURPOSE! He actually ENSURES you feel comfortable, confident and secure in your endeavors! He absolutely brought back to the table EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY request I had! Chris fights FOR you! There is no better person to have by your side if you are like me and have suffered from deplorable injustices in Family Court in the past! My ONLY regret is that I didn’t have Chris when my initial divorce/custody issues began 8 years ago! However, my past bad experiences with another Attorney has been erased due to having Chris who has surpassed any and all expectations I could of had! Now I have BOTH of my children! For those reading this PLEASE love your children more than you hate your X! PARENTAL ALIENATION IS REAL! It is so much easier to do the RIGHT THING and raise well-adjusted happy children than it is to try and fix broken adults! CHRIS GILLEY GETS IT!!!

I repeat... Truly one of the good ones. I was placed in an extremely difficult scenario after an unexpected and untimely death of a loved one. Mr. Gilley took the time to truly explain to me all of my options and through his honesty prevented me from making any emotional/irrational decisions.
