Baker and Gilchrist offer a free consultation on their commercials, but when I called and told my story to what sounded like a secretary, she told me she would write it up and give to one of the attorneys and call me back. She called me back and said they could not take my case. When I asked why, I was told she didn't know why and could not offer an explanation. They refused to tell my why. I had a valid complaint about a dentist and a bad procedure. They did not offer any advise and the secretary told me the number of the Indiana Bar Association and said I should call them. This was in bad taste and they do not give you a free consultation.

Everyone I dealt with at B & G treated me like I was an old friend they'd known for years...you just don't get that these days from most people...especially attorneys.
