-5 Stars My friend's husband was extradited to Ripley County jail from out of state, and this firm was appointed to him. When she tried to contact them and failed, she asked that I go in in person. I went in and asked them that they contact her to let her know what was going on with his case because even her husband didn't know what was going on. When I told him who the inmate was, he said, "yea, he doesn't have a chance...". Um WHAT?!?!?! I don't care if you believe that you "client" is guilty or not. When you are desperate enough to sign up to become a court appointed attorney, and refuse to REPRESENT, that constitutes fraud and you should be disbarred from practicing anywhere. You DO get paid thru the court process. Just because you know you won't "win" the case is no reason to give inmates false hopes and put a bad name for any court appointed attorney. "Attornies" like this give the great ones a bad name.

Very polite and considerate of what I was going through, and did all he could do in my situation and was there on my court date and was professional and supportive I felt.

Can’t get in contact with him only get ahold of his secretary who knows absolutely nothing.
