My family has been utilizing Bunger and Robertson for many years. My grandmother had her estate planning with them as well as my parents. On multiple occasions, we have gone to them for legal advice and they have always been very helpful and accommodating.
I had the pleasure of discussing some estate affairs after my mother's passing with Jessica. She was extremely helpful and understood the situation. She gave several recommendation on how to handle various items and was a great relief to have someone walk through things.
I have enjoyed working with this law firm and will continue to do so in the future. The people are kind and actually listen to their clients.

I hired the law firm of Bunger and Robertson recently regarding my dads estate settlement. I worked directly with Jessica Merkel and Joe O'Connor and they make you feel comfortable during an uncomfortable situation in life. Under their leadership we were able to reach a legal settlement agreement and resolution. I would recommend this firm and particularly Jessica and Joe for anyone needing assistance with an estate settlement.

They "handled" my dads estate and they lived up to the reputation lawyers get in every comedy act in America. If you think 20k is a reasonable charge for handling a simple estate that included a handful of emails, some simple court filings and two court appearances that lasted less than an hour, then hire this firm. I don't know anyone that believes that is reasonable, so my suggestion is to find a different law firm. They have law degrees but can't do math. They had to recalculate the final monetary distributions twice, and it was only proceeds from the sale of one house. I would hate to see how they handle something just one degree more complicated.......I am sure it would probably be a mess that they would charge way more for if this case is any indication of how they conduct themselves.
