I asked Carl to find out some information for me from a civil case. He seemed very knowledgeable and like he had a lot of experience. He was very nice and very personable and even joked around with me a bit, which was nice cause sometimes lawyers can be intimidating. He did a great job finding out what I needed to know and seemed to care about my needs.
