This post should be rated 5 stars. Somehow it was mistakenly set at 3. I would give it a 6 if I could. FRED IS so good, as well as all their staff. I don’t have the vocabulary to express how well they took care of me . When I had periods of high anxiety the staff was always there to help, explain, and make me feel taken care of. And the have the ability to attain every record known to mankind!
I even still feel guilty because they deserve so much more than they got. Now that’s how a consumer should feel!!!

I recommend Greene & Shultz without hesitation. After my accident, everyone we asked suggested we call them and I'm so glad we listened. They were incredibly easy to work with, gave us a great outcome, and were also just super nice. I never felt like they were trying to rush us through--in fact, Betsy took more time than I ever expected reassuring us and answering every little question that came up. Plus, they ended up dealing with a small case that occurred before my big accident for no cost. Greene & Schultz is just good people!
