Doesn't return calls or emails. Delays sending documents, when you finally get ahold of them, by a week or so.

You can truly tell that he cares about his clients and actually takes time to listen but also be completely honest about expectations and possible outcomes. Think twice before selecting this firm to handle anything involving probate. They charge hefty fees for slow paced work that’s less than mediocre.
