This law firm is a joke. They have held my case was my attorney for over 6 months and they send me a email today stating that they will no longer be representing me because the insurance company of the company that is representing the company that I fell with is denying fault. I don't understand their train of thought when they are always saying that they fight for you... Their client... I have had two surgeries since June of last year and am just now being released from therapy and able to return to work. There philosophy is that they don't want to file a lawsuit which is crazy because no-one is just gonna readily hand over monies owed to anyone if you ain't willing to see the case through and fight for your clients rights what kind of no good attorney can you be. You want to take a case that is easy and quick... Please don't retain this guy if you are really in a legal fight he's scared of the work that it takes and my case has all of the proof that this store was soooo negligent in soooooo many ways!!! This is over six months lost and I have had to be put under twice just to get on the right track. Where is the work ethic...is the question that I asked yesterday and after the owners response I decided to call them to get a better understanding of their reasoning but all I could seem to get was a ton of excuses and much more frustrated. They didn't even know what had been sent to them. They did not have any if these things in my file nor did they seem to have listened to the deposition that the adjuster for the insurance company had taken because they seemed to be very confused about so many things that I had explained to them about my case that quite simply would have mad their jobs soooo much easier. Instead of looking in the information that had been sent they seemed to be more concerned with the fact that I had written this review on Google that they were 100 % not happy with. I explained to him that their whole process was flawed and their head attorney Dan is soooo rude disrespectful and out of touch with what is going on with the clients that they represent. Once again we discussed the fact that I have much evidence disputing their claims and reinforcing their liability. His response was well then you shouldn't have a problem finding an attorney... My response I'm not begging you to represent me I'm already speaking with someone else about this. I was just giving your firm a chance to live up to the claims you make and to help keep understand your reasoning. Y'all got all these commercials about fighting for your clients but you only seem to take no controversial cases and the truth is they don't fight for anything. They only want open and shut cases where the client does not have to be fought for .Like a minor bus accident that resulted in minimal injury ..and the treatment was resolved in a few months.. versus a case that has taken over 8 months to heal from 2 surgery and 8 months of therapy that I am yet to be released from... When you have a case where there is really a fight and If you really want a law firm committed to getting you the resolution that you DESERVE...Kenn Nunn law is not the place

They came immediately to get signature on agreement to represent. Disappointed in final outcome, but understand wasn't worth their while to fight.

Myself and my children were involved in a head on collision. I used Ken Nunn's office, and I must say, they made this awful experience a whole lot easier to deal with and kept me very informed of all my options, pros and cons, every step of the way. I truly have nothing derogatory to say. While resolution took longer than I thought it would, I had never been involved in any to compare. The Legal Firm did a good job keeping me informed and moving things to completion. I would recommend The Ken Nunn Law Office to other people.

Made me feel like they were working for the Insurance company. Didn't get me any money for pain and suffering. Everything was bundled into one amount. Went to Physical therapy for three months. Nothing. I still suffer after being rear ended at 60 mph. They won't fight if they think they can get a big amount.Had to make a deal with the hospital so I could get a car and catch up my bills. Still owe thousands on medical bills. Do not hire them or you will regret it!

Did little work was the worse communication skills ever and very greedy would never recommend them to anybody.

They stood by me and did right if I ever need a place hopefully they won't be a next time, however they explained in details​and they did all the work

I was in a bad car accident last October and he got me the money I needed....Fast.

I went to Ken Nunn Law Office with a very difficult situation. They worked diligently and relieved me of as much stress as possible. I ended up getting more of a settlement than I expected. I am very pleased.
