I contacted Roy for a civil matter that in minds of some was small, but was very important to me. Roy made my questions important and responded to my questions within minutes. Roy provided advice that other legal authorities had failed to provide and gave me an option to a solution I had long needed. I cannot say enough how we need more Roy Grahams. Thank you Roy!!

Mr. Graham was on-point and did a great job. I consulted with him a few times looking for advice to avoid having to file an PO against someone harassing me that has mental illness, he provided advice over the phone free of charge. Ultimately I still had to file a protective order against this person after they escalated to death threats and it got hairy because the court never sent my PO out for servicing. That also meant I was never notified of the hearing date and my provisional PO was ultimately dropped. Meanwhile the harassment and threats continued getting worse from the person I needed relief from. At that point I hired Mr. Graham to make sure there were no further problems on the 2nd attempt to make the PO permanent. He advised me on evidence to collect, how to organize it, and made the hearing itself go incredibly smooth. Ultimately it was his help that got my PO pushed forward and made permanent. Now my harasser is in jail and my wife and I getting the most restful sleep we've gotten in months thanks to Mr. Graham.

Mr Graham is knowledgeable very intelligent high IQ if not a genius he's close he has unique approach to practicing law which makes him stand out as a lawyer he down to earth fees are reasonable and willing to work with you almost always available when you call or messaging him thanks Mr Graham for representing me and settling my case with a dismiss of the case

I needed advice and was looking for an attorney to help me decide on how to proceed. (One who would ACTUALLY reply to your request) I found Roy and sent him a message for consultation along with a couple of other larger firms. (The larger firms have yet to reply to me even today) From the beginning, Roy reached out quickly and with sincere concern for my situation and was doing his best to calm my fears and lesson my stress. After a couple of discussions, more information and advice, Roy said he would begin working on this right away to find the best path forward. I sent him a retainer to cover any expenses to keep from slowing him down. But Roy realized early I might be better served by one of his colleagues that is more expert in the area I had need. Even after all his upfront work, Roy didn't charge my card. He had all rights to do so, but felt it was more important to find me someone who could take me the final mile rather than getting a quick buck into his bank account. (Rare indeed) While this is not the most important part of the story, what it did say about Roy is that he has client integrity and an old fashion desire to help that's refreshing in today's need-for-greed society. Roy's resolve and integrity proves to me that there is still esprit de corps to be found in the American Bar association.

Note: (Roy doesn’t do much family law now.) We hired Roy way back in 2018 for a crazy situation dealing with my wife’s ex and their child. Sadly, crazy situations kept repeating. Ultimately we obtained full legal and primary physical custody. 5 years of non stop crazy though. A GAL got involved, and the state intervened. At one point we were facing 25 contempt allegations, evidently 24 were frivolous! (We learned that taking your sick kid to the Dr on the other parent’s time is not in a child’s best interest). That logic is just mind boggling to us! Welcome to Indiana! So anyway, we got him on two contempts though so overall goal for mom. When things seem dark and hopeless, Roy is your lighthouse!

Roy has been an excellent lawyer for me over the past couple of years. In 2018, I got into trouble while attending IU and was facing a felony charge. With his assistance, the felony charge was reduced to a misdemeanor conviction. In 2022, when I wanted to get that misdemeanor conviction expunged, he was able to get that done for a very fair price. Having my record wiped clean was worth every penny. This expungement has given me the confidence I need to move forward with my life. I hired Roy Graham after having a bad experience with a previous lawyer. Roy was hired by me to help me through divorcing my now ex-husband and gain full legal custody of the child we share. I won full legal custody of my daughter and the divorce was settled somewhat peacefully. Roy Graham is exceptional at his job. Although seemingly scattered brained at times; Roy balances his duties in his own way to get the job done. Roy also has a kind and humble heart, which adds a compassionate twist to his career as a lawyer. HIRE THIS MAN! To start with, I was referred to Roy from a friend that had previously hired him. I had gotten in contact with Roy and explained the situation I was in. He was very honest with me, ran me through what my charge meant and the steps I needed to take in order to handle the situation in a calm and mature manner. I made many calls to him and he gave me legal advice, all before I had even hired him to represent me. I knew from that point Mr. Graham was the man I wanted to work on my case. When I officially had him take on my case, he had no hesitation getting the ball rolling. From the beginning, he was nothing but honest with me. Not once did he ever tell me a result that he knew I wanted and needed to hear. As a young person still in college, it scared the hell out of me hearing that, but the fact he was nothing but honest, I really respected it. He would give me all the underlying information on the details regarding laws on my case, the process of it and outcomes that could happen with taking different routes through the entirety of it. This is the number one thing that made him not only a great lawyer, but an even better person. Throughout the case, Roy’s main goal was to always get the best result he could. He never promised me a result and never tried to predict a result in the end. Therefore, he kept the constant fight for a year and a half of the best possible outcome. Through this philosophy, Roy built a folder with many forms of paper work, documents, and files needed in order to pursue the best possible outcome. This organization by him really helped throughout when it came time for court hearings, depositions, communication with the prosecutor and collaborations with details I would find along the way as well. There were many legal questions that floated in this case, but eventually were answered as time went on through Roy’s constant grind and compassion for this case. While pursuing the best possible outcome, Mr. Graham’s communication with me as his client was second to none. This was really reassuring to me during a difficult time. If I had a question or concern, I would call him knowing he would either answer right away, or if he was busy in a meeting or court, he would return my call within 10-15 minutes. Send Roy an email, I would get a response within 12 hours. Oh, and if you like jokes, a phone call will never end without one. (I have the answers to them all if you need them). Communication with Roy was great and is very important in a lawyer-client relationship. At the end of the day, hiring a lawyer is going to, of course, cost some money. However, with Roy, he is VERY REASONABLE. His prices are based on a retainer fee with the type of charge you have. But do not freak out, Roy does not charge you for every nick and cranny throughout the case. AND he will surely not overcharge you for his work. Roy will work with you, as long as you are willing to work with him. At the end of the day, he has a job to do for you, and he will do that job in order for your best possible outcome. I know this is long, but Mr. Graham left an impact on my life. Throughout this case I did a lot of work to aid Roy in ways I never thought I could. I found things along the way that really gauged my interest in law. Roy guided me through things and truly taught me some life lessons along the way. We built a relationship solely due to the fact that he is a very kind, genuine person that really does care about the people’s cases he is working on. If you are having trouble with the law (especially the criminal side) do not hesitate to contact Roy. He got me the best possible outcome in my case and I will forever be thankful for his services.
