I have used Hostetter & Associates several times over the years- estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, etc.- pricing is fair and competitive, advice is great and helpful, legal documents are accurate and complete- plus they are just very nice people- whomever you deal with in the office they are all great.

The entire staff at Hostetter & Associates were very professional but also added a personal atmosphere which was very important and added to the legal situation at hand. Every detail was completed in a timely manner which was essential. I highly recommend this law firm for any legal procedures. I won my case because of the detailed and accurate work of the paralegal. Gene was kept well informed of all the particulars which added to the results of my case. A great law firm.

The receptionist/clerk was so rude that I didn’t even get to speak to an attorney or schedule a consultation. She kept cutting me off So I finally told her “thanks for your time, have a good day”, and called a different law office.

Gene Hostetter and his staff were helpful to our church as we navigated the process of land purchase and zoning issues. He was a real advocate for us, and his staff is top quality. We will keep his office in mind for the future.

Terrible, worst lawyer you can get, anyone but this company. My family's case that was supposed to take a couple months turned into a case that was longer than a year. This company did nothing in my case and dragged everything out, byfar the worst lawyer around, do not use these people

I hired Gene Hostetter to represent me in a child support case. He made big promises and when the time came to go in front of the Marion County Prosecutor he didn't say 2 words. I may as well have represented myself. He may be well versed on other types of law, but if you need representation with family law you may want to go elsewhere. Even my ex-wife asked where I found this guy

Almost got arrested because one of their lawyers, Misty Edwards failed to communicate with me, then ignored 10 of my calls, absolutely do not recommend!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would….what a JOKE. My family has been trying to use these people (we have McDavid) for ALMOST A YEAR. AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. But they’ve definitely charged us ;) WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO DO IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT, IT INVOLVES A TITLE ON A HOUSE. THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THE ISSUE BUT THE LETTER THEY GAVE US ISN’T WHAT THE PEOPLE NEED TO FIX THE ISSUE. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY IN MY LIFE  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE….AND I MEAN ANYWHERE ELSE FOR LEGAL HELP YOU CANT EVEN GET A CALL BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE…..INSANITY……………

I wouldn't hire these guys for anything again. Their office over charges for services. For example, I called and had a question, I was on the phone for less than 10 mins but my account was billed 75.00. That happened repeatedly over the course of a 4 to 5 mth period. When I brought it up to my attorney she noticed that I was be charged by the receptists for handling simple paper work, let alone phone calls. I paid them in full 1 mth into my case and my trust account started being drained by unnecessary phone calls to prosecutors. My case was a driving case. I was even charged by my Hostetter and associates for my attorney driving from out of state back to her home then to the office. The out of state trip had nothing to do with my case at all,but I was still charged.

In all reality, before working with Hostetter & Associates, I was very anxious and nervous about this whole process. But looking back now, no attorney could have gotten back to me quicker than Matt. My expectations were high, and he did such a fantastic job and exceeded them. Thank you a million times.
