I hired Mr. Fierek for a DUI. I’ve never been in any trouble, so this was very traumatic for me. Mr. Fierek was super nice, very professional and made me feel at ease. I had a lot of questions and every time I sent him a text he replied immediately. He proposed a plea agreement that I was happy with and negotiated with the prosecutor to allow me to get my license back so I could start a new job in the next three days. I had court on a Thursday and had my license back by Saturday morning!!! I highly recommend Mr. Fierek if you need an exceptional attorney. Sincerely and grateful Jill

I found John on a recommendation from a friend. It was great advice. He quickly put my fears to ease and delivered the exact result he promised.

John is a great lawyer and knows the DUI laws and courts inside out. He worked to get me a favorable plea in regards to my DUI case and helped get me in and out of court quickly on all occasions. The only reason I din't rate John as excellent is that communication was poor. I feel like there could have been better communication on what to expect going into the situation. My case was basic so he charged me a flat fee. Looking back I would have rather paid someone by the hour just for that little bit of extra "hand holding". If you have a DUI case and you are guilty without any doubt John will work to get you a favorable plea. If you want a lawyer that is going to really going to take the time to dig into your case and communicate regularly I would suggest looking elsewhere.
