Poor communication and client updates
“I feel like it was pay for an attorney to get the prosecutors deal or get her as a public defender and get probation. I understand the law but figured there would be a little more fight. The charge was ridiculous the amount said for the charge changed 3 times. To almost nothing. Just wish she would of showed evidence and allowed us to explain why.”

Lack of personal attention and "hand-holding"
