It was one of those free phone consultations. Clare was absolutely professional and also very friendly and easy to communicate with. She instantly understood every detail and cleared all our doubts and never tried to lure us into their services by unnecessarily trying to sell the services. She was very genuine and very clear. My wife and I used the self-file service and absolutely loved it! Before going with Corado Pastrana, we had spent a lot of time trying to track down all the forms and documents that we needed and it led to a lot of frustration. The self-file program laid out all the things we needed in a clear and concise way and helped us avoid unnecessary delays and work. My husband and I used Immigration for Couples adjustment of status course and I could not be more pleased with the program!! No recomiendo este lugar, después de que complete mi pago esta gente me cancela mi caso por falta d personal bilingüe, ( lo cual no es mi problema siendo q ellos vendían sus servicios bilingües cuando yo m acerque a ellos) si, ellos pueden cancelar contrato si el beneficiario falla a entregar documentación, pagos o miente en inf lo cual nada d eso paso, tuve q trabajar hasta 12 horas d trabajo hasta mi ultimo día d embarazo para no tener q fallar ningún pago, siempre coopere para q ellos tuvieran la documentación q ellos necesitaban lo más pronto q se pudiera, supuestamente han trabajado más horas n mi caso lo cual no es cierto, ellos no han tenido q hacer un trabajo extra, al contrario, yo tuve q entregar hasta 2 veces la misma información xq no se hacían con la q yo ya les había entregado meses atrás, ahora tengo q pagar a otro abogado para q continúe con mi caso para no perder lo q está gente ya ah hecho, claro no niego q si adelantaron el trabajo pero creo yo q no es ético dejar un trabajo a medias y menos cuando se ah pagado un servicio completo. Ahora... pagar mas dinero q no tengo, creen q esto es justo...
