We are very glad that we chose to work with Immigration for Couples. The team was very professional, empathetic, and diligent in working with us. I strongly recommend this firm if you’re planning on filing for your family immigration needs. My wife and I reached out to them in late 2021 to apply for my adjustment of status (green card) and the team filed our paperwork with USCIS in January 2022. We were invited for the immigration interview in May 2022 but we did not get a decision on the case because the immigration officer needed additional information. From there we waited for 6 months and meve heard back. It required us to file multiple inquiries with USCIS, reaching out to the congressional representatives, threatening to file a mandamus and then finally resorting to file a mandamus in federal court to finally have our case processed and decision made in December 2023. The 2 years of waiting around in limbo and constantly reaching out to USCIS without any response was infuriating to say the least and during that time we thought that it would take us thousands of more dollars in legal fees and another year or so of waiting to get the green card. At every stage our lawyers and legal team gave us the best advice and explained to us all the options we had to move our case forward. If we did not have their support, we probably would have given up hope or would have still been waiting another few years for a decision from USCIS.
