I can't say enough great things about Mr. Blankenship! He answered Everytime I called and knew the exact information I needed. I was most amazed that we had a plea deal worked out with prosecutors that I was going to sign, he said let's try something diff(a much sweeter) deal without even asking me he tried it and worked! Very professional, super savy and he worked in the prosecutor office starting out so he knows allot of good people to have on your side! I hope I never screw up again but if I do I'm calling Mr. Blankenship no doubt!

Eric blankenship recently became my lawyer in February at yr his time I had some pretty serious charges 1 felony and around 6 misdemeanors including resisting arrest, I recently plead guilty to 1 misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. Great lawyer and will absolutely get the job done

Eric Blankenship is a exceptional attorney and human being, after going through a few attorneys that weren't so forthright, an acquaintance recommended Eric Blankenship, and since I've had such traumatizing experiences with the last few lawyers I was truly afraid to bother him, but so glad I did, he was so helpful and truly listened, researched mycase and came to the conclusion that I would be better served bye another firm that handles these type of cases, I was shocked but so grateful that he wasn't just one more attorney taking my money. He helped me out more then the last three attorneys combined, by taking the time to understand my case and then pointing me in the right direction to get real help, I feel so much better and confident that this is going to be resolved finally, once again thank you so much Eric Blankenship for being such a honest attorney with integrity and empathy for your clients. Eric Blankenship was an outstanding attorney. Unfortunately in my life I've needed 5 diff attorneys, Eric was far and above the rest. He answered every time I called, got me an outstanding plea agreement...and then entered an even better plea when a new prosecutor took the case! He entered the new plea on his own knowing I had already accepted the first plea! That blew me away, an attorney who really works to get you the best deal and not just take your $$ and do minimal. He was very reasonable on prices as well! I can't say enough good things but I would 100% use him again if ever needed and recommend to anyone they do the same.
