Jr is a very good attorney and will do his best to help you out

The help and personal attention I received from JR and staff was worth twice what I paid. After having completely infuriated the APA and the judge in my case, I called JR for help. He was able to help me even after I was convicted. At the sentencing hearing the judge handed down a sentence that was significantly less burdensome than the original plea agreement the State offered. I don't recommend waiting so late to call an attorney, but if you are in need of great counsel and a law firm that cares about you and your case, then you need to call JR.

Great team of professionals. My experience was very satisfying. JR Emerson conveys a positive, calm but firm command of the situations. JR and Team were amazing! They were compassionate each step of the way, as well as honest; explaining the worst case scenario along the way to ensure I wasn’t surprised or shocked by anything. I was very pleased with the outcome that JR helped me and my family through, and at the end of the day I felt like he truthfully had our child’s best interest, which unltimately is what I tried to focus on along the way as well, and in the law field, that is a very rare quality to find in a lawyer. He and his team are genuine, and pleasant. Can’t say that going through custody cases is ever enjoyable, but it was nice to work with a team that tried to make it as enjoyable as it could be for me and my family. I would highly recommend Emerson Law to anyone!!!!
