Lalita Haran is a very confident lawyer. She told us: We don't need to be waiver. If I'm not sure I won't take your case. After that, the Immigration Bureau asked us to resubmit the certificate of waiver. She said that it was definitely an official issue, she also charged another fee. In the end, it was her misinterpretation of the regulations. We spent a lot of money but had to return home immediately. We also said that we can bring the data back to the country and apply again.
