When it comes to my son, I want the very best for him. So when his mother and I needed a court to settle our differences I was worried that like most fathers in Indiana, I would get the raw end of the deal. But instead the team at H&Z understood my needs, they know the law and have relationships within the legal community that were VITAL to getting the fair treatment I deserve as a loving father, from the court. Hollingsworth and Zivits, and their staff have the experience, reputation and a proven track record you absolutely need when going to court is unavoidable! I would recommend their services to anyone trying to navigate their case in a family court room!!

Our world had been turned upside down and we needed someone we could trust to held us navigate through all the emotions and chaos, while guiding us through the legal process. The team at Hollingsworth & Zivitz were excellent to work with and provided great service at a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend this firm to all of my family and friends.

I've been represented by a few different attorneys from this firm in the last 6 years or so and had a great experience each time. They did just what they said they would for me! I will use them again in the future if need be!! :-)

I have used this firm for two different legal matters in the last few years. I have been beyond pleased with the service, knowledge and professionalism of Kena Hollingsworth and her staff. I would recommend them to anyone. I have referred several friends there as well, and they were very happy with the attentiveness and dedication to their particular problems. Worst experience of my life! Don't use them. They are totally inexperienced and botched the preliminary hearing for my divorce. They charged me $4600 up until the court date. They charged me another $6,000 after the hearing. My attorney said we had a settlement at the courthouse, however, did not get it in writing before leaving. I had notidea this needed to be done. That is what I paid my attorney for. We relied on her handwritten notes for the settlement. They apparently were wrong and the court hearing was a huge waste of money. I fired Hollingsworth and Zivitz. They have now filed a lien against me for the money for doing a horrible job. They have essentially ruined my life. DO NOT USE THEM!

I had an awful experience with this firm. Their communication was extremely poor, I was improperly billed for time and the attorney never negotiated with my wife’s attorney. Instead he would try to talk me into taking the awful deal that her attorney was offering. In the end the judge awarded me a better deal than what he was telling me I should consider and this was without legal representation because I cancelled my services with Hollingsworth & Zivitz due to how unhappy I was with them.

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at H&Z- first with Kena and finished with Genevieve. They both took me through a very difficult time and treated me not just like a client but like a friend. Everything was explained in great detail to me and the performance in the court room? Well, lets just say I walked out with a big smile on my face, both times. Billing was very fair- in fact much lower than what the attorney on the other side was charging. Great people to work with- very positive throughout the entire ordeal. I have recommended their services to a friend who was just as pleased as I was. Thank you for everything-
