I had an awful experience with this firm. Their communication was extremely poor, I was improperly billed for time and the attorney never negotiated with my wife’s attorney. Instead he would try to talk me into taking the awful deal that her attorney was offering. In the end the judge awarded me a better deal than what he was telling me I should consider and this was without legal representation because I cancelled my services with Hollingsworth & Zivitz due to how unhappy I was with them.

So far, the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. If you like unanswered questions and a lot of run around this is the law firm for you.

Worst experience of my life! Don't use them. They are totally inexperienced and botched the preliminary hearing for my divorce. They charged me $4600 up until the court date. They charged me another $6,000 after the hearing. My attorney said we had a settlement at the courthouse, however, did not get it in writing before leaving. I had notidea this needed to be done. That is what I paid my attorney for. We relied on her handwritten notes for the settlement. They apparently were wrong and the court hearing was a huge waste of money. I fired Hollingsworth and Zivitz. They have now filed a lien against me for the money for doing a horrible job. They have essentially ruined my life. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have used this firm for two different legal matters in the last few years. I have been beyond pleased with the service, knowledge and professionalism of Kena Hollingsworth and her staff. I would recommend them to anyone. I have referred several friends there as well, and they were very happy with the attentiveness and dedication to their particular problems. Thank you all for taking such good care of us!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been represented by a few different attorneys from this firm in the last 6 years or so and had a great experience each time. They did just what they said they would for me! I will use them again in the future if need be!! :-)
