Very Impressed! We recently hired Mr Tavitas to represent our son for a marijuana citation in Porter County. From our first phone call, it was clearly evident that he genuinely cared about our sons case. He was very upfront about the prospects of the case, the steps he would take and the approximate cost to us, which was very fair and reasonable. Mr Tavitas is incredibly accessible. If he misses your call, you will be getting a return call in a very short time. Being kept informed of everything going on in our case was very important to us and he delivered! Approx 2 days ago I engaged Mr. Tavitas in a family law/criminal case where a member of my family was being held in custody in FL without bond and awaiting extradition back to IN over a missed court date in IN that was the concluding court date to an agreement where he thought he met all the obligations involved and thought his previous lawyer had resolved several years ago. He was looking at losing his business, his family having an extreme hardship with his absence, potentially being away from his life for up to 3 1/2 months. Mr Tavitas worked diligently and with urgency over the last 48 hours and not only helped my family get him out of custody and not be extradited but got the entire case dismissed. I can’t express enough gratitude that I have for Mr. Tavitas and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who still believes in doing what right and is willing to fight for it. Thank you Mr. Tavitas, you may not realize it but you gave my family our Christmas back.

I was charged with several misdemeanors. I had never required legal defense services before so I didn't know where to turn. I talked to several attorneys but none felt right. Then I called Adam and knew right away he was right for me. He was supportive and sympathetic and he really put me at ease. Best of all, he got my charges dismissed.
