First time client...assigned the new guy (had maybe been there 3 weeks). He didn't know the policies or rates and I'm not sure he had ever completed a real estate transaction. It felt like when you go to the doctor, pay him a lot of money, and he asks you what you want him to do! Oh yeah, the cost for something I could have printed off online was ridiculous! Hint: assign your best attorney to the new clients...then you might have some hope of them coming back in the future. This client will not!
