Horrible service they like to drag there feet getting things done. I guess they just want to suck more money out of people. Go on vacation then say they will get to it when they return come back don't do anything then off on another vacation. Secretary always off all the time so certain paperwork and things don't get done. I don't understand why its gotta be the secretary that's doses everything and not the actual lawyer. Don't see how they handle casses if they are off all the time. I would recommend looking somewhere else.

This review is for David Layson alone. I am unfamiliar with the Davis's. Mr Layson is very kind and seems extremely knowledgeable however that did not end up helping my son one bit with his charges. I really disagree with him having my son take classes during the case. He never once tried to get it dismissed like it should of been. Mr Layson did not seem to have the respect of the judge whatsoever. I believe his glory days came and went a very long time ago. If you want a lawyer to do status quo maybe, but to fight for you I believe that is just a memory with Mr Layson. I would not use him as a public defender. Not sure why someone cannot enter the court in Harrison County while your family is being seen in front of the judge either. Did not like that whatsoever.

I am very satisfied with the time and attention Mr. Layson gave me during my visit. I understand in todays world it is difficult to get black and white answers to individuals questions that fall somewhere in the middle, but, he did give me good common sense guidelines that will steer me in the correct direction. Should I need a attorney in the future Mr. Layson will be my first choice. Thank you for your time.

Bill handled my divorce and custody battle. He was fantastic. Worked with me on payments as well. Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. The ladies in the office were always very sweet as well.

A realtor told me I should go to Davis and Davis for a deed.
