Completely unprofessional. Had the nerve to try and take me out to dinner and back to her place while going through my divorce. Who does that?? Sure she's cute but come on??!!!

I’ve been using Kerry for over 10 years representing me through my divorce and many custody proceedings. She gives honest, fair advice. Kerry is incredible with gauging what the magistrate’s will rule on. I trust her like she’s my family. Her response time is not always prompt, but she never misses anything and has saved me a lot of money by not having to rack up hours from back and forth, unnecessary communication. Highly recommend!

Not retained by me, but in a dissolution case representing the other party. Found it amusing to comment about medication taken for mental health to something she gives her dog and found it comical. Highly unprofessional and completely inappropriate. She needs education.

I hired her for a divorce attorney. She was not going to be available for my settlement conference and sent a relative in her place. She refused to just have a date for when she was available. She did not fight for me at all. She just took my money.

I received the obligatory "She's visiting her daughter" after trying to get a status update for over a week. Also had a situation where they thought that they were waiting for information from me when they had it for 6 weeks. She made a very smart move in court which helped show the judge and the court how messed up the situation was, which resulted in the judge tearing opposing counsel a new one. Overall I can say that she fought for me once I became a priority and was a bulldog during negotiations.

I would recommend Kerry for divorce cases. She is very confident and aggressive in court. She is very honest, straightforward, and trustworthy. Her response time is lagging but that does not mean that she isn't on the ball. Nothing slips by Kerry and the fact that she doesn't immediately respond to every communication saved me a ton of money.

Lazy and uncommunicative. She seems to be a full time mother and part time attorney who schedule revolves around babysitters and vacations. Her clients get her left over time and attention. She can or will not get things done in a timely manner. My case was dragged out and she frustrates those involved to make more money for herself and her firm.
