Attention CDL drivers!!!! Stracci Law Group is the way to go!!! I found myself in a very unfortunate situation being charged with an OWI & a Refusal! I thought my career was doomed. At the very least I thought that it was going to be put on hold because of the refusal. Everything that I had researched said that my drivers license would Automatically be suspended for 1 year just because of the refusal alone. Being a Class A CDL driver I was devastated. My entire livelihood was on the line. Stressed out was an understatement.
