Mr. McCaslin is a very sweet, nice man but as an attorney he had a difficult time remembering things within my case, did not respond to emails, would forget to send important documents by mail, rarely returned my phone calls. To me it seemed that his case load was too large or its time to retire. His desire to inform or fight for me was slim. I would not refer anyone his way.
