Mallory always was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful during my complicated situation and made me feel supported. She was easily accessed and very prompt as well as flexible. I scheduled a 15 minute consultation with Joe just an hour or so before speaking with him. He was incredibly helpful, courteous, and made sure I left the conversation feeling like I better understood my situation, even though it was a specific case I couldn’t hire him to help me with. That he took time to help me, even when he knew I wouldn’t be a potential client beyond this one conversation, speaks volumes for his commitment to service. Such a professional and efficient office to work with.
