I hired Ms. Brinkerhoff upon with Mr. Deig’s recommendation. I will forget be grateful for his insight. Ms. Brinkerhoff took on my case after 7 months of ineffective representation. With another firm. I met with her once as an introduction and once for mediation preparation that had been previously scheduled. Ms. Brinkerhoff was completely familiarized with the evidence in a short period of time. She listened to what was important for me and my child and aggressively acted in our best interest. We walked out of mediation with all that was important to us. We have a fresh, healthy safe start at life. My child nor I will not have to endure a lifetime of emotional, mental and physical abuse because she listened and she fought for us.
