She is a blessing no matter what happens.

My husband and I chose Tricia to represent us based on her wonderful reviews. I’m sorry to say we didn’t have a wonderful experience with her. From the beginning I didn’t feel like she was very interested in our case. I felt like I always had to be the one to reach out to her and on more than one occasion she stated she had tried to reach me but gotten no response. She did not have my contact number saved correctly and kept trying to reach me at that number even after I had notified her that she was texting the wrong phone number. I felt like that was a bad sign from the beginning but I let it go trusting that since her reviews were good that she would do a good job. A few weeks before our court date I reached out to ask if she needed any more info from us like our evidence we had gathered or text records, as we had not heard from her. Her assistant responded with “if we need anything we will reach out to you”. They never did reach out after that. On the day of our court hearing (which Tricia scheduled) she did not show up. We were extremely shocked and embarrassed to have had our lawyer completely forget about us and not show up to represent us. Her excuse was that she had something going on in her personal life and she just forgot about the hearing. We rescheduled but my husband and I both agreed we didn’t feel comfortable trying again and had lost faith in Tricia. We both wanted this case to be over and were tired of rescheduling so we decided to settle with the other party to get it over with. Tricia sent the other party our offer and everyone eventually agreed and we ended it without going to court. After we settled I asked Tricia if we would be getting any refund due to her not showing up to court and she was very defensive about it. She offered me I give us $150 but stated that she was only doing that as a courtesy, like she shouldn’t have to do that at all. She went on to tell me how much time she spent on our case making phone calls and sending emails (to offer a compromise to the other party) and told me the going rate for that is $300 an hour. Our court hearing was scheduled to be for 3 hours and she did not show up, yet was only willing to refund 30 minutes of her time. Obviously I accepted any refund she was offering as we could hardly afford to pay her to begin with, having to split the fee between two credit cards. However I don’t feel that the service she followed through with providing was worth nearly what we ended up paying.

Ms. Tominack and her team did a fantastic job winning a small claims judgment in my favor. She is very personable and ambitious!

My husband and I are so happy with the outcome of our case for grandparents visitation. Mrs. Tominack is very efficient, and cares about her clients. We can’t say Thank you enough to her! If you need a great attorney Tricia Tominack is highly recommended by us!

As a father going through the court system to get any amount of additional time with my daughter from my ex wife was overwhelming. I chose to have a meeting with Tricia to see if she was the right attorney to invest my money in. It’s not a secret court cases get expensive. My thought process was to get a woman to battle a woman in court. I had heard that Tricia was the aggressive type in the court room and that was what I was for. I didn’t want to spend money on someone who wasn’t willing to show some teeth. Tricia was that and some much more. She won my case and got me more than what I probably would have settled for. I never want to go through that again. But if I do. Then it’s Tricia 365 and I won’t even bother entertaining the idea of anyone else.

She is a very fair and good attorney for any matter she may do for you.

Well my case wasn’t going to be winnable from the beginning but even though going into it we kinda figured that she did a remarkable job nonetheless! She will argue and fight for you and is worth every penny!! Highly recommend her for your lawyer needs!!!

Hands down the best! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my custody case! Tricia will always make time to respond 7 days a week. I’m a lot less nervous with her in my corner. 🙌
