Bob represented me in a complex divorce case. The office staff were all professional and quick to respond to my queries. Bob was knowledgeable, personal, considerate, and treated me with a great deal of compassion. I will forever be grateful for his exceptional kindness and competence.

I could not thank this law firm enough. I know it’s their job but means way more to me than that .As some know it’s hard for good fathers to get time with their kids ,especially if their small. I was able to get more time than i was told i would get due to distance between me and the mother. Mr Jeff and Mrs Heather have been a light in the darkness for me and glad God sent them my way. I still have some fighting to do but glad i got this law firm in my corner. Fathers are important too!

I met with Mr. Zoss and Mr. Shoulders, who were both very professional and thorough. The office staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. They are inept, rude, and display little empathy for the clients. I had a pending case that was delayed due to COVID, personal illness, etc. I had a meeting scheduled with Mr. Shoulders and had to cancel and get a continuance in court as my employer shorted my pay over $1600 and as I had bills to pay, I legit did not have the gas to drive an hour to and from court or the money for gas. Heather replied that the meeting with Mr. Shoulders was off the calendar. A few days later I asked about the continuance and she replied that she knew nothing about my wanting a continuance, to which I directed her to the original e-mail. There was an immediate change intone to nastiness and she stated that they couldn’t just ‘keep changing it’ (translation: she did not want to). I said I would call the court myself and within minutes I received an e-mail letting me know the coiurt date was cancelled and a withdraw of their services form was atta hached that I had to sign immediately as she told the court they would have it that day. So first of all, don’t commit me to timelines without asking, second of all, they end up with $3,000 and I end up left high and dry. And to top it all off, when I indicated (after the ‘we can’t keep moving the date’) e-mail that it was impossible for me to get there because of finances and no gas, her (Heather) EXACT WORDS were that I ‘will need to borrow money for gas.’ So, in a nutshell, although the attorneys appear quite good, you have to go through these colossal hags to get to them, I would highly NOT recommend.
